Around this time last year, I concluded that I needed a management company to manage my property so, I started looking for one. I called four management companies in the Lansing area and left messages with three of them. To date, I still have not heard from them. Sustain Management was the only company that had a representative who answered my call. That representative was Isaac. Isaac and I spoke briefly and scheduled an appointment for a thirty-minute call, for later that week. During that scheduled call, our conversation flowed naturally. We discussed everything from military service, our families, and why he started his own management company. He was so genuine, that call lasted ninety minutes. Before I hired Sustained Management, the drive to my property was ninety minutes one-way. And that was without traffic or construction. And we know, there is always construction in Michigan. Sometimes I would have to make that drive to complete and 15-minute task. I hated making that drive… Since hiring Sustain Management, I’ve had total transparency with this company. Through the app, I can see financial records, contracts, contact information, home inspection reports and most importantly, maintenance requests! Not to mention the tasks that are done that we can’t see, like checking for fraudulent documents. From my heart, this company has truly exceeded my needs and my expectations. I often hear that “no one will take care of your property like you.” And you may be a property owner with this same sentiment, one who is hesitant to hire a management company. However, if you are reading these ratings, then managing your own property is probably starting to weigh on you, and you might be looking to hire a company run by people who can empathize with your current situation. If this is the case, I am here to tell you that the staff at Sustain Management cares. And once you hire them, you no longer have to care, because they care enough for you!
