I spent a lot of time looking and comparing many different concrete contractors in Lancaster for the sidewalk job that is required by Lancaster City code. And in the end, I was very fortunate to select Terry Kline Concrete contractor for the job. Not only his price is reasonable, but he went beyond the scope of his job to get things done the right way, the way it should be, without charging me any additional cost. I believe his overhead cost is low simply because, as an owner, Terry is out there on the job, working very hard to earn your money. Terry is very reliable. Once he promised to take on the job, he will follow it through, and all I have to do is to work with him on a flexible schedule. Terry is very busy with his concrete business and now I know why. In my experience, Nowadays, it is very hard to find businesses that charging you fairly for the work that they perform. I know because I have seen too many businesses overcharging people either because of their lack of knowledge or because they are elders! That is very unfortunate! Terry Kline business is certainly # 1 on my calling list and/or recommendation to all my friends and families. And I I highly recommended Terry to anyone.
