Absolute Fencing

Absolute Fencing did a brilliant job from start to finish. Randi and the entire team were professional, provided excellent communication and were a pleasure to work with on this job. The fence looks wonderful! Their attention to detail is impressive. I was amazed to see them walking the perimeter, double checking everything and even stopping to wipe off dirt from the fence before they left - even though it was only 28 degrees out they took the time to do it properly. If we could give the Absolute Fencing team a 12 out of 5 stars, we absolutely would! Randi came out initially and spent a good amount of time going over options and measuring with us and she even came back out and re-measured and discussed to make sure we were happy after our project had started and some of the other elements were installed. They were wonderful working with our ever-changing pool construction schedule and were very patient when we had to reschedule... twice! They did their best to get out there at a time that was convenient for us and we greatly appreciated that. Communication is wonderful from everyone. Install day arrived and the team showed up bright and early just as they had said. John, the owner, was with his team and spent plenty of time discussing all of the details of the project with me. We reviewed numerous options for customizing a particular area of the project involving our gated area and he assured me they would make it look beautiful and take care of it without any issue. The team was professional, efficient, and very kind. I was expecting a large mess from the fencing install, but was very pleasantly surprised that I hardly knew they were there. All that was left when they were finished were just some very small areas of bare dirt around the posts that were placed in the ground. They were very careful with our personal property and even took care not to get lots of mud all over our newly laid pavers. The team had planned to get our job done within a day or two back to back, but due to unforeseen circumstances completely out of their control, they had to return later to finish the job. They did their absolute best to work us into the schedule at a time again that was convenient. They finished the job on time and it looks fabulous!!! Highly recommend this team of professionals!
