I appreciate the service I received at Susquehanna Auto Repair. The staff are all very nice and considerate. Ron gave me a ride home and picked me up when my car was finished. Even better, they are fair and honest; I can trust that my repair was done correctly.

Just want to say thank you to the guys that worked hard on trying to figure out the issue with my car. It took a a few days but they got it done, Much appreciated!! My 4 stars is because I wish they would communicate better in letting us know the details of what’s going on especially when they plan to keep it in the shop for a while. Other than that no complaints.

A shade tree repair for $572 dollars ! I towed my vehicle to Susquehanna Auto clinic because squirrels ate my wiring harness. My vehicle was already scheduled to have tires installed here and they told me they could also repair my engine harness. I waited a week for my vehicle to be "repaired" (2007 Mercury Montego). I called on the sixth day and they explained the replacement engine harness was lost in the mail. I can understand that, I explained I had a second vehicle and just wanted an update. They've had my truck FOUR TIMES to fix my fuel system and IT STILL LEAKS. I WILL NOT RETURN HERE!!! The owner, who has NO PERSONALITY, had my truck 4 times and didn't make sure PERSONALLY it was fixed... because of this they are SUCKSquahanna

Well, my first point is that you were able to get me in right away that was really wonderful. I know mechanic shops are busy so that was a real blessing. I am very thankful that you were able to diagnose the problem quickly and the results, of course, were very satisfying to me that there Was no major issue with my car that a new battery wouldn’t fix along with the disconnecting of the EMP device that had been installed. Thank you guys so much. It’s good to know that there will be a Me moving forward that is really only about a mile and a half away from my home. God bless you all for your kindness.
