A shade tree repair for $572 dollars ! I towed my vehicle to Susquehanna Auto clinic because squirrels ate my wiring harness. My vehicle was already scheduled to have tires installed here and they told me they could also repair my engine harness. I waited a week for my vehicle to be "repaired" (2007 Mercury Montego). I called on the sixth day and they explained the replacement engine harness was lost in the mail. I can understand that, I explained I had a second vehicle and just wanted an update. Less than 24 hours later I get a phone call from them telling me the job is done. I paid for the repair and head on my way. I got to my destination pop the hood to check the oil and I find this botched shade tree repair...the replacement engine harness wasn't installed they just used new wires and butt connectors to replace the chewed up wires...I called the shop to get an explanation and they explained they didnt know when the wiring harness would be delivered so the decision was made to repair my car. I could have repaired my vehicle the way Susquehanna repaired my vehicle. This looks terrible, its unprofessional and I believe I was overcharged. I wont be a returning customer and I'm going to explain this situation to the BBB. I typically prefer local small owned businesses to chain stores but Susquehanna auto is a joke.
