The old alkaselzer ad said "OH WHAT A RELIEF IT IS". I brought 2 cars here for extreme transmission troubles. the first was done at half the big company quote and the second, an older car was done for $2,000 2/3 what I expected to pay. Cars are running grrrrreat. (even you youngsters can remember that one.
Most unprofessional experience I’ve ever encountered. Had my vehicle on three different occasions for the same issue, twice they had it for 6 weeks. Never called us, only answered the phone 1/5 times. Misdiagnosed every time, paid them 3 times just to run into the same problem. (This was a family referral, two different people I look up to sent me to this guy, or else I would’ve cut bait sooner) One day at another shop, and the problem was diagnosed. My new bill is $2,000 for oil cooler, my second radiator and thermostat, coolant reservoir. Went to talk to Dave about a refund for at least the services, he offered to have it back in his shop, (no) or to buy another radiator that was now ruined because of leaking oil cooler that was never diagnosed. 10/10 do not recommend you use this shop.
David the owner is very knowlagble and honest if ever something isnt right which rarely happens he makes ir right. I have been using him for 25 years and im father in law before that. Prices reasonable. A macanic you can trust.
David provides impeccable customer service. He and his mechanic's are top notch, they are knowledgeable professionals. My daughter was referred to David when we 1st moved to KCMO by a Walmart cashier that stressed that he has fair pricing, and is trustworthy. David is now my family's go to mechanic, and assessor of any car problems. In addition, my twins friend's have also become customer's of D & D Auto Service. Dr. Bridgette.
