Ryan is the mechanic at Bullard that has been taking care of me for a while now. If you want a trustworthy mechanic with the knowledge and experience to handle any obstacle, Ryan is your guy!!!! Thanks Bullard for all of your great, hard work!!!!
Bullard did a pre-purchase inspection and gave me very helpful advice on a car I considered buying. I'm really happy with the time and effort they put into their work. They are knowledgeable and friendly. I will definitely go back.
They're always straight forward and honest about what they do, and they don't actually want to make you pay for more than you need to. They told me exactly what it is they did, called me to check in, and always give me a heads up about what issues might come up later. Plus we got into a whole conversation about One Piece. Anyways they'll tell you straight out how much it will cost them, and it's for you to decide if it can wait or not.
I think they might've unintentionally cost me over 8k. I had a preinspection done there and they said it was excellent, so, I bought this suv for $10.2k in 2022. I ended up selling it less than 2 years later for $2k with a disclosed overheating problem. They probably just do visual checks there for a blown head gasket, like oil in the coolant and white exhaust. I don't know if a $100 preinspection would include a $150 approx. block test in retrospect but I had to find out why it overheated all the time, with a block test later. If I was them I'd do a reliable pressure test for that in preinspections. That's been awhile but I got burned a... I think they might've unintentionally cost me over 8k.
