Surgeon Family Appliance

I bought a used washer/ dryer set for my daughter's apartment on New Year's Eve. They were knowledgeable and friendly and I got an excellent deal. The delivery was scheduled the following weekend and they were very nice to accommodate my daughters day off. Casey delivered the machines and took his time to get it right and was so friendly and efficient. I had a great experience.

I had a great experience with the guys from Surgeon Family. Got great used fridge. They even helped me load it on my trailer & advised me not to lay a fridge on its side as the compressor can flood. If you need a good appliance then come check them out!

This appliance warehouse is top notch. I will continue to go to them for all my appliance needs. I was going through a very hard week and my gas dryer dying on me was the cherry on top of the week. I dropped it off to be fixed and had a meltdown. They were kind to me and had my dryer fixed in two days. The gentleman that answers the phones is the NICEST guy and was so reassuring. If you need parts, service, appliances etc, they’re the place to go.

A few days ago we purchased a used dryer from Surgeon Family Appliance. Got it home and it worked great. Day two noticed that the timed dry was not working properly. We called and they sent a great tech to our home that day. He did a thorough diagnosis, ordered a part and was out again the following day. Exceptional service. They stand behind their warranty and are friendly and easy to work with. Highly recommend them!!

There was a little hiccup on the two expensive machines I purchased and that I had delivered. They immediately tried a few options to rectify the problem. In the end they reassured they would take care of it - they replaced my two units with the same models the following day even with a 100 mile roundtrip run. Always felt they would take care of us and they did!
