Michelle G
Guys came out listened to our washing machine for 10 seconds said we needed a new one and charged $100. Didn't mess with it or anything. I understand service fees but $100 for under a minute and just to listen to it is a bit absurd.

Kyle and the young man he was training (Eli) were awesome! Great customer service, quickly diagnosed the problem with my refrigerator/freezer then fixed it. I couldn't be happier with Kyle!
