Do you have any agitator dogs for kenmore or whirlpool washers there? No sir we don't carry the most common parts when a washer is not agitating at all. The lady on the phone said we can order anything you may need though. Yeah... so can I and at a fraction of what you may charge me. This is why people cut out the local middle man. They don't have anything in stock even the most simple of items that are the most common to break. The truth is you watch youtube to get a valid way to test and diagnosis a problem and than order the same OEM parts and save yourself a ton of money and wasted time.

I had one repair after another this month- and IAS came to the rescue. After a scheduled repair on my stovetop fan, my sub-zero refrigerator broke- panicked with family coming for Thanksgiving- I called on Tuesday- the owner Rod was here Wednesday and Thursday- it looked major and parts not readily available for my older unit. But he offered to try to do a temporary fix to get me through the holiday- found a stuck valve and replaced- refilled refrigerant and I’m up and working. It may fail again- we don’t know.
