Really frustrating experience. Re-doing our kitchen backsplash. Went in and picked everything out, spending over 2 hours of our time that we can’t get back- only to find out the center piece we chose was discontinued. They cannot get product that they had hanging in their showroom. Learned that the manufacturer of this particular product had gone out of business in the U.S. several years prior. Went back a second time, spending over another hour of my time picking something else out. After getting it all picked out, I brought the second displayed sample home to confirm before purchasing-only to find out that it is also discontinued. The store is very crowded and disorganized, making it hard to choose product. Make sure anything you choose is in stock-immediately- before wasting your time. They should consider having someone go through their entire store and discard any and all discontinued products immediately so that their customers don’t experience the same frustration we did-twice. Our salesperson (Kim) was terrific. Otherwise, I can’t say much positive about this store.
