Kitchen Renovation—After purchasing our product at Lowes, we were referred to Surface Creations and the entire experience was exceptional. Surface Creations was responsive and answered all of our questions in a timely manner. We worked directly with Lauren who was informed and patiently explained all of the steps. She invited us to come to the stone-yard and see the stone we had purchased for our kitchen, easily setting-up all appointments. We went to the stone yard after Eric came to our house and completed the template for the stone cutter. Eric was warm, professional and shared the same genuine customer service we experienced with Lauren. With a warm smile, laptop, lasers and skill he arrived and finished the template in under an hour. On the day we went to Surface Creations, we were pleasantly but seriously shocked at the beauty and inviting warmth of the showrooms. We walked the yard with Lauren, and once we saw our slab, we realized we made the wrong choice. Immediately, Lauren expertly guided us and showed us other slab options, enabling us to make a wonderful choice. Our counters were delivered by two bright and cheery guys-Alex and Randy. It was the morning after a 8” snowstorm and not ideal conditions for moving anything. Our slabs were large and heavy and both men seemed genuinely excited to see them set in place. Neither mentioned having to trudge thru the snow, around the house in order to get them in and set. We were thrilled to learn Randy was also the stone cutter and he shared a bit about his craft. Clearly, both Alex and Randy enjoyed their jobs, were very knowledgeable about stone and reflected the exceptional customer service of their colleagues. We were completely caught off guard a few hours later when Eric arrived to “spot check” the counters and island. Ensuring the stone was installed properly, he checked measurements from top to bottom and everything was perfect. It is another example of the great customer service. The final product is beyond beautiful and we are very grateful to have worked with these folks. We read all kinds of reviews on companies and it’s hard to decipher an authentic review. This one is the real deal! Now a days it is easy to purchase beautiful stone, however making a purchase with a team of like-minded customer centered people is rare and what you can expect from the Team at Surface Creations! Stone Creations has been my lead countertop fabricator for over eight years now, and I cannot say enough great things about them. Not only do they have the most thorough and attentive office staff, but they have the top crews working for them from template to install. Each customer I send to their shop to view and tag their slabs leave there feeling more at ease about what their new space will look like and also leave feeling more knowledgeable about the product they are purchasing. I would highly recommend Stone Creations for any, and all granite, quartz and Dekton needs as I am fully confident in their installation quality, and customer service from start to finish.
