Great company & I 100% recommend to hire them. The lead tech Garrett was knowledgeable, professional & went above and beyond cleaning up their mess. The help Payton was also professional & did a great job. This is the only fireplace company I will call from now on. There's no need to call another.
We had the pleasure of working with Austin, Chris, and Mohammed. Let me tell you these guys are good! Austin came out first to clean and inspect. He took the time to explain to myself, and then my husband when he got home, everything he did and the issues we had with the chimney. He had pictures and explained everything so that we could understand. Next Chris and Mohammed came out to do the repairs on the chimney. They did a great job! My husband and I had to work that day so my parents stayed at the house to let them in. Got a call from my dad that the “fireplace guys are awesome!” They felt like old friends and took the time to talk with and explain to my parents what was happening every step of the way. They were professional, but also felt like a part of the family. My parents even bought them lunch because they were so appreciate of their hard-work. By the time we got home, even though they had been working all day, they took the time to explain to us everything they had already explained to my parents. Due to no fault of their own Chris and Mohammed came back out a week later to install a new gas log insert. Again they did impressive work and felt like old friends! They hooked us up with a beautiful and warm fire we now enjoy every single day. Their professionalism, workmanship, expertise, and just all around great personalities would earn them 10 stars if possible. Because of these guys we are now lifelong Sure Glow customers!! We absolutely love our new fireplace and gas burning fire, I am sitting in front of it as I type this message. Thank you to the best team!!
The whole experience was amazing from Chris coming out to do our initial inspection to Quinton doing the tear down and Andrew the rebuild and crown. They made that much of a positive impression I actually remembered all their names! Seriously, the work looks fantastic I couldn’t be more pleased. Everyone was very pleasant and professional with a job well done.
Seriously, Cesar knew his stuff… he and Quentin were the nicest, most knowledgeable trades peoples I’ve had out to my house in so long… Not only did they do a superior job, but they answered my endless questions at every step of the process, and left my house cleaner than it was when they got there. If you are on the fence about using this company… Don’t be. I am very particular, and Cesar and Quentin went above and beyond!
