Supreme Plumbing, Heating & Cooling

I've been using Supreme for heating, cooling and plumbing since moving here in 2022 (and it's nice to have plumbing bundled in with the HVAC services). I just recently had a series of oddball problems with my home steam boiler. Technician Mike diligently and persistently worked hard to figure out and rectify these complicated issues. Some companies don't even deal with boilers. Mike demonstrated his experience and expertise. And, this REALLY demonstrated the value of subscribing to their Gold Plan.

Technician came out on an emergency call from my landlord when our furnace went out. He was kind and did a great job, even having another technician bring him a part he didn’t have on his truck or at the shop. However, it was snowing out and instead of using the ladder on his truck or the ladder I had in my house, he used a dining room table chair that I had up against the wall in the basement to stand on without asking or wiping it down after. This chair belongs to a set that is over a 100 years old and is the only thing I have left from my grandfather, a Pearl Harbor Survivor. I will have to refurbish the entire set now. Upset and extremely disappointed.
