I contacted Joe's Mechanical about a water heater that had gone bad. Joe was able to come the same day (within 1.5 hours of my call) and assess the situation. He and his crew were able to replace the old water heater just two hours later. The price that was quoted was fair and was the price that was eventually charged. I would highly recommend Joe's Mechanical!

Joe was very helpful suggesting a filter for our furnace since we have an older unit. He gave step by step instructions so I would know exactly what to do. Joe took the time to explain how the new filter works, and exactly how it fits into our older system.

Tech arrived at scheduled time and had part's available on hand.Was very friendly and professional. The last time I used a different vendor and they almost had me buy a part costing around 800:00. The part I really needed was under 200. Joe's Mechanical is knowledgeable and honest. Will be my first choice to call for my AC and heating problems.
