We had a power outage that killed our furnace, so we called Aire Serv and they were able to come out same day. We needed a new motherboard, it got ordered and came in two days later. The same guy came out to install it right away and everything has been great since then! Great service from Tracy who called me about meeting times as well.
My furnace broke down at the worst possible time, below zero weather. The company that installed it ignored my requests for an appointment because I have a warranty they don't want to honor. I'm sure most people living in Terre Haute know who that is. Anyways, we didn't know who to call. We decided to take a chance on Aire Serv. They call themselves a neighborly company and that couldn't be more true. They are knowledgeable, honest and very responsive. They go above and beyond. Our furnace couldn't be fixed right away because parts had to be ordered. Aire Serv gave us heaters to use at no charge to help keep us comfortable. They are a company that actually cares about their customers. Every time you have service, they call to follow up and make sure everything is good. That kind of service is really unheard of these days. I'm so glad we chose them and there is no way I would call anyone else.
Had them come out to help set up my new gas dryer. Lee was very kind, got everything set up quickly, and even swept the laundry room floor! He even fixed up the washer setup when he noticed it was installed wrong. Tracy was able to get him out within 30 minutes of the call. My landlord uses their services for our furnace/AC so I knew I could trust them. Thank you for all your help!
Arthur, was who came to our aide. When our Air conditioner was on its last leg not keeping up with the summer heat. He was polite, attentative, and knowledgeable. He went above an beyond to diagnose the issue. And the repair was done, in a few hours to replace my copper line set, and replace refridgerant. Making sure everything was operating properly before leaving. Thanks again, it was quick and affordable.
I had 3 mini splits and a stand alone unit installed in my house. Jacob Keller and the other men were very polite and hard working. They did a great job. I'm very satisfied with the work performed.
