Absolutely Terrible Customer Service and Oil Distributor... Multiple times my home heating tank was left empty with promises of oil delivery and no fuel truck for DAYS!!! I called so many times just to be bullied by whomever picked up and left with false updates as to delivery. They draw you in with lower rates and then add fees at the end to bring it to market rate. To make matters worse, the truck doesn't deliver you a receipt with the stamp of how many gallons they delivered you. They email you a random invoice which I've never seen done in my 30 years receiving oil. They take their money upfront and then turn around and charge your card again if they felt they gave you more oil or the price changed with no proof of receipt. STAY FAR FAR AWAY. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!
I had a heating emergency-out of oil and I called Supreme and was able to quickly set up an account and have a delivery within hours. The same day I had to call back b/c my furnace motor was not working properly and once again they were able to send a technician within hours who was clean, courteous and quickly got my heat back on! I highly recommend.
I support small businesses that focus on customer service. I am very satisfied with this company's level of professionalism; they quoted me for a boiler install and I also hired them to do my furnace and AC Unit. They handled everything from the permit to the garbage removal and insulation. This was a relatively big job. They arrived prepared with all the necessary tools and equipment and got it done in 4 days. They always wore their mask and PPE gear. After the install, I was trained on how to use the system and troubleshoot. I am grateful that went smoother than I expected. Their price for the install was very competitive. I highly recommend them for their great service; they will always be on my speed dial! Thank you for a wonderful experience!
