Sunny Sod

I purchased a pallet sod from Sunny Sod. The prices were great, but the gentleman that I spoke to on the phone each time I called (he never told me his name) was incredibly rude. He acted as if I was inconveniencing him by calling to place an order and asking questions. It seemed like he was annoyed that I wasn’t an expert in sod when I literally asked maybe 3 questions. He told me that the day before the sod was going to be delivered they would call me to give me an estimate on what time they would deliver it. At 3:45 the day before I still hadn’t heard anything, so I decided to call just to check. They closed at 4:30 so I didn’t want to wait until right before they closed to call. When he answered the phone, he had the worst attitude when I told him I was just checking on the time since I hadn’t heard anything. For all I knew, they could have wrote down my number wrong. He just scoffed at me and said that they weren’t closed yet and that they do the schedule at the end of day and that they would call me in 45 minutes. I guess I was just supposed to magically know that they make the schedule at the very end of their day. On a positive note, the delivery driver Mike called before he arrived and was very nice. He also gave us recommendations on how to lay the sod so that it would easiest for us and grow the best.
