I had a great experience working with Eric at Outdoor Home Store. Everyone is super knowledgeable, they don’t only know their products but they also have the personal experience with the products they sell. I learned a lot about the items I bought, and how to be better at BBQ. I highly recommend and will definitely go to them for all my BBQ needs. A+++
My husband and I visited the Outdoor Home Store today. We truly couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone we met was incredibly kind and welcoming. Eric and Justin helped us design the outdoor kitchen of our dreams— at a very affordable price. They were exceptionally knowledgeable, patient, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. We couldn't be happier with the choices we made. And as a special bonus, we had the pleasure of meeting Eric’s mom and dad, who were absolutely delightful. We love our new backyard. OHS translated our ideas and added expertise to produce an elegant and cost-conscious design. The construction team was efficient, friendly, and professional. Everyone was receptive to ideas and responsive to problems identified during construction. The project was finished within the promised timeframe. We were looking for a very specific outdoor chair or chairs that satisfied a height requirement for our specific handicaps. We went to the The Outdoor Home Store after a phone call to them. I was assured I could find the right outdoor furniture to fit my specific needs. They were right. We ended up getting an entire set. The table was a little high so when I Called the store I was assured that an appropriate adjustment could be made. Low and behold, the table is the perfect height and we can sit outside without me struggling to get in and out of the chairs. Thank you all so much for your great recommendation and service.
We recently covered our back patio and have been looking for furniture. We stopped by the Outdoor Home Store just to browse around the Saturday before Easter. Eric (Owner) was working and showed us some discounted showroon furniture (CR Plastics Charleston 5 piece set-Highback Sofa, 2 Highback Swivel Chairs, End Table, and Coffee Table) they were trying to move. We weren't sure about the cushion colors and he offered to order another set at no additional charge. He even let us take the cushion swatches to look at all the options at home. We'll, we decided to keep the original cushions. I called him back Monday morning and told him we were interested. He emailed the quote later that day. Because we were from out of state--NO sales tax. Furniture was delivered Tuesday morning. Very painless and no issues.
