Sundek was very professional from start to finish. Both porches look beautiful! They refinished our concrete in both places. This company was recommended by our neighbor and we recommended them to other neighbors. I can’t wait to sit outside!
Bret, Sharon, Brandon & their team were a pleasure to work with. I was amazed of the detail the installers went to while installing. They worked in the heat of over 100 degrees everyday. I felt so sorry for them but it didn’t affect their work. We are so happy with the final results & would recommend them to anyone thinking of painting or refinishing their pool decking.
Outstanding Experience from Start to Finish The entire process was outstanding—from working with Brandon on estimates and project planning to the delivery team, led by Ariana, who exceeded our expectations. We had 17-year-old stamped concrete decking around our pool area, and the transformation they achieved was nothing short of magical. They did an incredible job repairing major flaws and cracks, bringing new life to the space. I would recommend them over any other resurfacing company out there!
Brett and his crew are top notch! I have been working with this company for years, and I can not say anything less than spectacular service, spectacular products, and they always delivery exactly what they state. I had a disaster on my hands with a previous hire for my deck, but Brett and his team at Sundek came in and replaced it with the most beautiful and functional deck that we could have ever asked for.....and even better, the continued service and commitment to make sure their product is exactly what they promised has been above and beyond. If you are in the need of a pool deck or an older one replaced or repaired, there is no other company you should use. I will be a customer for as long as I have a pool!
I had Sundek refinish my concrete patio.. it was painted and required painting every couple of years and even then didn’t look very good. Brett came out and suggested one of the resurfacing products as well as the color. He is just so knowledgeable of his products and colors and how to blend the patio into my garden. I have a lot of plants around the patio and they did an amazing job of protecting them. That was very important to me. Brett owns the business and is just a stand up guy. He stands by his word and clearly takes pride in his work. He cares more about the customer being happy than anything else. That mentality just doesn’t exist anymore. The communication throughout the project was exemplary and I always felt informed and aware of the plan. Just such a joy to deal with a business like this. To feel heard and valued. You won’t be disappointed I guarantee!
