Raleigh Auto Electrical & Diagnostics

My sister and I were leaving Food Lion when our 2007 Lexus started smoking really bad. It was so bad I could barely see. We pulled into a bank parking lot, rolled down the windows and shut the car off. Needless to say it was an extremely hot and humid day. I called a tow truck. The driver couldn't jump the battery, there was nothing happening. I called a mobile mechanic who came out the next day. He wasn't sure if it was the battery or the alternator. He didn't want to take responsibility for a diagnosis. I was at a lost and didn't know what to do or who to trust. I can't begin to say enough good things about Raleigh Auto Electrical Diagnostics. Shaggy really provided excellent service. He sent me pictures of my car after it was towed which was very reassuring. I appreciated the way he communicated with me, and his thoroughness. He was trustworthy and pointed out some potential problems that would be costly in the future. The work was completed promptly and efficiently, and the car now runs perfectly. I definitely will use his shop again and highly recommend Raleigh Auto Electrical Diagnostics.
