The technician that came from Summit To provide our company with an estimate was amazing. Since he couldn’t provide the work necessary to fix our problem, he recommended another company to come and fix the problem. He even offered to call the other company and give them his assessment before I scheduled an appointment. I would definitely recommend Landon from Summit. He went above and beyond.
I was looking for a locally owned HVAC repair shop to fix my furnace and found Summit Heat and Air. They came out the day I contacted them and quickly diagnosed the issue. The part needed to fix it was unavailable due to parts stores being closed over a holiday weekend, but they were able to fix the furnace the following Monday. Great work, fast, friendly, and totally upfront on cost. I'll definitely be using this company again!
Summit Heat and Air recently replaced our HVAC system. Their team was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. There were unforeseen problems when they came to install the new system. The original systems vents and plenum had deteriorated and had to be repaired before the new system could be installed. Summit went beyond what was required and helped us every step to resolve those repairs, including making extra trips to our home. The system works beautifully. I highly recommend Summit Heat and Air to anyone wanting a quality job by people who care about quality and the integrity to stand by their workmanship and the equipment they install.
