This company was fantastic from start to finish and we had absolutely no issues with any part of the process. Everyone was informative, friendly, professional, and even patient (I had a lot of questions!!) I recommend using this company if you want people in your home you can trust it doing right by you and their work. Completely happy with the work they’ve done and it looks fantastic. They took time to clean up each time and inform me of what they were doing, it was very helpful to plan the day around that. Seriously, couldn’t ask for a better company to trust. We have the technicians Steven and Nate! Each time we called the office as well, the lady was so nice and accommodating. 10/10 experience; would use again!
I definitely would recommend Half Moon Plumbing. The best team I’ve ever worked with. Workers Andrew, Noah & Grant were especially helpful & very professional guiding me through the process of fixing a leak & replacing a pop up valve.
They were honest from the beginning & even adjusted price when leak detection wasn’t as bad as thought. All 3 guys were kind, polite, cleaned up & will now be my to go Plumbing team! Thank you
Called Halfmoon plumbing for a situation I was having, my house was on a gas well and the gas was getting too inconsistent to keep up with the damand. The gas well is pretty much played out. I talked to the Lady in the office and she was super nice and helpful and caring, she said she would have a technician come out the same day which was very much appreciated. They sent Jeramy out to to replace some parts on the gas well and after he fixed it and diagnosed the situation there was definitely not enough pressure to continue using the well. Jeramy assessed the situation and set up what it would take to be converted to propane. Jeramy is a top notch plumber and also a very good Person. They’re not cheap, but you get what you pay for. It takes a lot to run a top quality business.I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you.Also William and his crew came out that Friday and installed a new propane line and a new water heater and did a great job. William was also very polite and professional.thanks to the whole team for making this happen in a prompt manner.
The Half Moon team got my water shut off after my previous water heater had been observed leaking after coming home from work.
Jackson provided an informative consultation and taking the time to understand cost opportunity of not investing, so I could make an informed decision aligned with my goals.
Lastly, Jackson took the time to bypass the water heater connection, allowing me to water on tap until the installation could be performed the following day.
The installation team were professional and overall just decent guys and would recommend to a friend.
The Half Moon advertising by location on Highway 20, signage on Highway 169, fleet of vehicles around our area, and most importantly by word of mouth, attracted our attention long before our need for service. We knew who we would call when that time arose, plus my wife liked their colors and logo!
What began as a service call by Andrew and Matt led to James, Michael, and Steven spending an extra long, hot next day in and under our home installing a new PEX plumbing system, water heater, and kitchen faucet in our 60-year-old home.
In the days right after all this complex work, we realized there were two things we needed to address, which were sent by text:
1) The access panel behind the water tank had inadvertently not been replaced.
2) My wife changed her mind about the kitchen faucet and preferred a different style.
Sam called the next day with reassurance all would be made right, even my wife’s faucet, which was not their responsibility.
James returned to our home and made all things right, quite to our satisfaction. His cheerful countenance and attitude never wavered as he changed out the faucet, pulled and reinstalled the tank, at least that we knew! He also noticed some questionable electrical things around the tank area and offered to ask their electrician Nate to look at them even though it was late in the day.
Nate did find multiple problems with our antiquated electrical system and carefully explained them to us before he left, again when he returned the next morning, and again to our children at our request. He corrected the issues regarding the tank as well as giving us quotes on updating our system all at one time or in stages. Nate was calm and patient as he explained things over and over.
Every Half Moon man who came into our home was a gentleman. Those we had more opportunity to visit with were found to be fellow followers of Christ and lovers of His Church.
