Prothermal came right out for our annual inspection and was so incredibly thorough. Grant was awesome and found several issues that had been missed before. He was friendly, courteous, and left everything in perfect order, fixing everything he could today and setting a prompt appointment to finish the rest soon. . Trustworthy is so important in this industry and Grant is the best.
I had a excellent experience with Prothermal Heating and Air in Broken Arrow, OK. From the initial service call to discussing options for a new HVAC system, everything felt honest and trustworthy. Grant Clark, the HVAC technician, did an excellent job diagnosing and servicing my HVAC unit—very thorough, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Paul Berry, the service manager, was professional, straightforward, and honest in presenting options for repairs and a new system. This made the entire process comfortable and stress-free. Both took the time to explain each and every step and not assume I knew anything about HVAC. Their recommendations were extremely helpful for me to make a good decision. It’s clear they genuinely care about their customers and do things the right way. I have not experienced such an educational yet hospitable HVAC experience before. Daniel was professional, thorough, detailed, patient, honest and compassionate in answering questions as well as providing me with information to help me make an informed decision on best next steps for my family and home. I’d prefer Daniel to be my go-to HVAC guy if I have problems and he’ll be my first referral should anyone need HVAC help.
We had a MUCH needed inspection, our home is roughly 15 years old and we want to be prepared. Grant was my technician and I can say without hesitation that he is one of the most professional people I have ever had in my home to do anything. It was clearly obvious he knew exactly what he was doing and was great at explaining things without talking over my head without using a bunch of technical terms that I wouldn't understand just to impress me. Simply put he was a super nice guy, clean cut in his appearance and very professional in every respect.
