Loved meeting and working with Heather and Todd. While they ordered the wrong door of the 2 we discussed, I was patient waiting for the new door to arrive and be installed around 8.2023. I had additional expense to buy a shower curtain, liner, hooks and rod. They offered a discount the day the wrong door came in, yet forgot about the offer when they installed the correct door. Less than a year later, the door to our custom ordered, very expensive door has slipped and will no longer close properly. I've attempted to reach them for weeks without any response. If that is how they treat customers who have been very patient with them and have spent a lot of money, I'm not sure I would recommend them. If they would simply stand by their work and repair the shower door hinge, perhaps I would change my rating and feeling about working with them. It is hard to run a small business, I completely understand, however, I as a small business owner would never leave my customers in a lurch.
