I am very happy with Colorado Crawl Space. When Gary came to look at my crawl space, he told me everything that need to be done without trying to sell me any unnecessary work. The minute Harrison and his crew walked in the door, they hit the ground running. Harrison kept me informed on every step. The crew was very friendly and worked as a team in a very professional manner. First class work! First class crew! First class company! Thank you!

If you have any crawlspace issues, just call these guys. I found my first home which happens to be my dream home. It hasn't been lived in for many years and the critters and time took over my crawl space and I do mean took it over. Gary came out and did a thorough exam of my crawl space and recommended ways to get it energy efficient. He sent out a crew including Harrison (wish I knew everyone's names) and what they did to my crawlspace is basically miraculous. I may have parties and BBQs down there now because it's that nice!!! I owe Harrison and his crew. They were very professional and took care of my dream home and I'm very thankful for them. It would've taken me a year to do what they did in a day or two. I highly recommend this place for any crawl space needs you may have.

After recently purchasing my dream home and having a “professional” inspection, I was horrified to find my crawl space was infested with rodents and all around trashed. I started researching companies to come clean and repair my mess when I came across Colorado crawl space. I called the following morning and setup a free estimate and inspection.within a couple days Gary came to my house and looked at my mess, he assured me he could clean it up and make it a pristine crawlspace. His guys just finished the project and I cannot believe how wonderful the job turned out! I can actually enjoy my new house now and stop living in what I considered a nightmare.
