This is the second deck that we had Deck Pros complete at our home. We are extremely pleased with the workmanship and continual communication on both projects they completed. We also had a fence installed on the property to match the railings on our decks. Bob & his crew do an outstanding job!
My deck project was quite large and I knew I needed to go with someone that could do the job right. Bob and everyone at Deck Pros went above and beyond to ensure my deck was completed as I wanted. Bob and his crew were always on time, worked ALL day long and were always professional. I highly recommend Deck Pros!
Bob and April and the staff at Deck Pros did everything we asked them to do for our small project, a redecking of our 14 X 22 deck. James, the laborer, did a great job and when we asked him about his suggestions about certain things he always seemed to have a good answer. When we wanted something adjusted he never complained. When picking out the product for our deck Bob was honest about it's cost, availability, and reliability. After the project was finished everything was cleaned up very quickly. We would use Deck Pros again.
I found Deck Pros from my neighbor who recently had used Deck Pros to refurbish their deck. Bob, April and the entire Deck Pros team are awesome to work with! Prompt, professional, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and eager to please their customers. They listen. The quality of their work far exceeded my expectations .. James is a craftsman in the most positive sense of the word!
