I am a widow of 19yrs. Since my husband died, twice a business took advantage of me. Being an older woman and widow - I guess they felt empowered to take advantage of me. I am also disabled and it has been very difficult to get into my house. I explored different companies to build a ramp for me, I called Manny Sevastopolus owner of Summit Group Company, after talking to him I knew I could trust him. He always kept me up-to-date on the progress of the ramp and he always returned my calls quickly; working on any concerns I had. If you want a honest,caring, and compassionate contractor its Manny. He built a beautiful and very functional ramp. I'm an attachment of photos of my ramp. Which I'm very proud and greatful for him and his employees. It has allowed me to continue to live in my home and be independent. Manny went above and beyond what he had to. Thank you from the webb family.

Let me tell you how good God is and how amazing Summit Building Services is... 2 days after finally being able to move back home exactly 438 after our house fire, the hot water heater had a meltdown completely went to trash. Jesus knows I can't afford a bucket to clean up the water much less a new one. Lol Today I received a call today from Summit's Lead (for our project at least) Ron who literally deserves a huge raise and like 4 extra weeks of vacation a year is the sweetest mountain of a man and has the best ideas for saving money while maintaining the look you want) and he says the boss (Nate very professional and down to earth) has bought one for us and he's on his way to install it for us completely free no charge and will be here in 20 min. This company has been an absolute God send... From the minute I realized what a mistake I made with CatRec to now! If anyone needs any construction/renovation projects PLEASE go see them! They are absolutely amazing, have talked with me through all my personal meltdowns during the process and have the biggest hearts. Tyler their finance guy (literally the hottest guy ever with a smile to die for) is an absolute miracle worker when dealing with the insurance companys- was able to get us more money for our home then we ever thought possible and ensuring that we would be able to finish the house and get occupancy. And Emmet the guy behind the scenes (so adorable you just want to bring him home and adopt him) he makes sure you get all the needed paperwork promptly and you are provided with copy's of everything etc. I will forever be greatful and feel absolutely blessed by the hand of God and this amazing company!
