STS Repair Memphis

I took in my sons ps5 inwhich I bought BRAND NEW originally for a cracked hdmi port inwhich they said was normal . They ended up telling me when they took the game apart it was my hdmi port and a cracked motherboard and it could not be fixed! They returned 125 out of 175 for this reason but wanting a second opinion I immediately took it elsewhere. The new shop not only said it wasn’t a crack in my motherboard and they fixed it same day but all of my screws were missing and the previous shop (STS) put a sticky glue/adhesive for whatever reason on my hdmi port/ motherboard. I called them about this following the suggestion of the new shop and the guy who answered the phone was rude and dismissive. I feel scammed right before Christmas and this was the first time my son’s game ever was being fixed for anything since I bought it brand new. I’m personally dissatisfied it don’t recommend this shop. This is my unfortunate experience .BTW I didn’t ask for any money back I just wanted my SCREWS smh 🤦🏾‍♂️

Don’t not recommend if I could rate 0 stars I would, I have an iPhone 13 Pro Max & went to get my camera fixed, initially before going up there I had a small crack in the corner of my screen. The man said he would have to take the screen off to fix my camera & the screen might break. A day later he called and said the screen broke when he was trying to fix my camera & they needed to replace it causing me to spend extra money. Everything was fixed I got it back about 2 days later. Shortly after getting my phone back my phone blacked out & would not come back on. So I went up there to let the man know & he showed me how to restart my phone. Now to this day my phone randomly blacks out & glitches when I use it & I have to restart it every single time. The camera also makes a funny noise when I record a video on my phone. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

Would not recommend. Went it to replace the screen for my computer. Had to return it 3 different times because it wasn't properly attached and parts of the frame kept popping up. Went back for the last time and was told all he could really do is add more glue to keep the frame to stick. Still wasn't planning on leaving a review (because I don't typically do for almost anything) but just went to use my screen's camera for the first time and found out that doesn't work either. Not what you want to find out in the middle of a pandemic when everything has gone virtual. Very frustrated especially since I paid a good bit of money for this. Will have to go to someone else to hopefully get it fixed. Personally, if I had to do it again I'd go somewhere else or back to the original manufacturer to get it fixed. Pictures are the final screen frame pop up that I'm currently just living with.
