Excellent customer service. I went to bring my laptop for a repair with my mouse pad that Apple ended up messing up and couldn’t fix it. They were able to fix my laptop within reasonable time. Hard working and open communication about what the issue is with your laptop (or whatever your concern is), price, estimated time to fix, and honesty. Would recommend this computer service to anyone.
