I was referred to these guys by many different people and let me just say that these guys are great! They were very friendly, professional and responded quickly with a ton of helpful information. Even though they couldn’t solve my specific computer problem I was put into contact with people who could help. I would definitely go back!
I called to see if I needed an appointment to drop off my MacBook Pro for repair. Instead I was helped over the phone free of charge! I was also given a few other useful tips to help in the future in the event similar problems occurred. Very helpful, very knowledgeable, very friendly, and great customer service. I highly recommend!
Very helpful. Great customer service. Ryan saved my 2012 Macbook pro at very affordable pricing. Definitely recommend giving him a visit if you need help with any apple products. He KNOWS his stuff.
The best! Were able to recover files on my 6 year old MacBook Pro that BestBuy and Apple were too incompetent to do. Highly recommend Core Competent, they are experts in relation to anything Apple, specifically vintage Macs. AND fair pricing.
