I can't say enough good things about this company, and it starts with the people that work there! First off, Alex was super friendly and helpful when it came to answering all of my questions, and getting us scheduled, even when I needed to reschedule shortly afterwards. This guy could teach most companies a thing or two about excellent customer service--thanks Alex! As for our actual appointment, we had 6 different light fixtures installed, along with replacing a ceiling fan, and for a company that charges by the hour, I was blown away at how efficient Devon was. And just like Alex, Devon was awesome--helpful, resourceful, and really friendly as well. This was our first time working with Streib, and today's appointment ensured we'll be working with them for the foreseeable future.

I contacted Strieb Company to install a 240v outlet in my garage to charge my new EV, based on their reputation for quality workmanship and excellent customer service. The scheduling process was very easy and I was shocked how quickly they could work me into the schedule. The electrician who came called me asking if it was ok to arrive a bit early, which was no problem because I was working from home. He was kind, efficient, and patient with my questions. The job site was left just as neat as it was before he arrived, and I am super excited to charge my vehicle from home for the first time tonight! Will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to family and friends!
