Steve's Waterworks Plumbing

I had a leak sometime last March in my basement. I called Steve's Waterworks plumbing for repair, they came and fixed it spending maybe less than a dollar on parts, and collected $700 for the "repair." About mid July, 3 months after I had the dry wall repaired and painted, the same pipe leaked where some cheap plastic repair was used. Someone came out to repair again, and they used a proper metal part this time. I was then told someone would come take care of my dry wall. I had someone come over to the house; they took a bunch of measurements (after several times rescheduling on me), and then completely blew me off after, never returning. No leak so far, but still no wall.

5/5 stars - each star for customer care, product quality, atmosphere, speed, and value. Steve's Waterworks Plumbing was extremely timely and efficient. The plumber arrived on schedule, was friendly and very knowledgeable about the issue. He explained everything clearly, fixed the problem quickly, and even gave helpful tips to prevent future issues. The service felt professional and the price was fair. I especially appreciated the same day service and the courteous attitude. Highly recommend for any plumbing needs.
