First time client and I could not be happier with the service. Staff was friendly and helped me immediately and efficiently. Left my laptop with them and received a call two days later fully detailing the problem with my laptop and the steps and actions taken to remedy. Was told that an additional part, that had to be ordered, would be included in the original cost at no additional charge and upon picking up my laptop this was immediately and courteously honored by Steve himself. 5 out of 5 stars! Would definitely recommend!!

I have been up here 2 or 3 times now for service and or questions. I can not give these guys enough praise. They are very much so detail oriented, and they do see a job through completely. I had to drop my big boy PC of the other day with some pretty serious issues going on. Told them all they wanted to know, walked out knowing it's going to get done right. If you're not bringing you stuff to Steves for repairs, well you're not getting the best service. I am a collge student so when my computer power button was not working I started to panic. My campus tech center sent me to Best Buy, Best Buy sent me to Steve’s. Best place in San Antonio for computer repair. He fixed it up in 5-10 minutes, and even started a conversation with a little humor. (connect with his customers). Incredible customer service, customer communication, and time efficiency. My time, money, and miles well spent. Putting your computer in the hands, and tools of Steve’s Computer Repair, is putting your computer in safe hands and a regret you will not have.

Working with Steve’s Computer Repair has been one of the best experiences I’ve had with any business. Steve, along with Jonathan, Vincent, and Rick, made the entire process of building my new gaming rig completely stress-free. Go to Steve’s Computer Repair! I started having issues with my laptop and read good reviews here so I gave them a call. John talked me through possible issues, gave me a fair price and best and worse case scenario. I decided to bring it in the next day and got to meet John in person. This guy knows hardware and computers! So knowledgeable- very honest and helped me weigh my options.
