I had an issue with a laptop, a splitter, and a monitor. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door. I explained the problem and what I wanted to do with the system. All of my questions were answered. I dropped of the system before the end of the day. I received a call early the next day. My system was ready to go. Each step was explained. The system works exactly as I requested.
Recently just went in and had 6 fans installed and a new AIO cooler and Robert did an outstanding job great communication the whole way and great pricing if you’re looking for PC work to get done this is the place!!!
I was in town for the week and brought a couple small QRP HF ham radios to play with, one of which had a faulty chip and was no longer recognized by my computer for firmware updates. I brought the board and a new chip in (walk-in) and it was replaced that afternoon for a very fair price! This is a tiny chip on a tiny board, no space to work with. What would’ve been a disaster on my own turned out to be an easy swap for these guys. I successfully flashed the bootloader to it and I’ll be back up and running in no time. If you’re a ham radio operator with shaken hands and bad eyes in the SA area, give these guys a look and save yourself the stress and hassle!
Had my case and power supply swapped with a bit of diagnosis for a kernel 41 issue. While the issue was never pinpointed this was a bit outside the control of the shop due to the massive amount of possibilities that cause k41, Robert handled my pc well and has made a beautiful rig for me. If you need a good solid tech and fair prices, look no further!
Robert was extremely kind and helpful! After paying my diagnostic fee and deciding to take my device back to nintendo, he was so kind to offer printing out a letter for me stating that the item was defective with no signs of misuse so they can possibly honor me with a replacement. I thought that was very considerate of him to offer that to me! Thank you, Robert! I would 100% recommend this shop to family and friends! Kindness and care goes a long way
