My wife's Samsung Ultra phone display cracked when dropped at an unusual angle. The crack was not severe, but it needed replacement right away. (Did not want the moisture to get inside the phone.) Called ahead - Fortunately this shop had in-stock a replacement display for this model. The price was reasonable too. Rob replaced screen in about 30 minutes. Rob went the extra mile and stayed after closing to finish the display swap. He replaced it with a better aftermarket higher quality Oled screen which is much brighter and more vivid than the original display. It seems better than the original Samsung led OEM. Finger print reader works too. The size of the display area is slightly smaller in the corners, but it's acceptable. We have used their services twice. We highly recommend this shop. Thank you 😉

Quick, same day service. My screen was broken not on the surface but behind the main screen and it kept messing with my keyboard and the final straw was when my screen went totally black and wouldn't turn back on (despite the phone actually being on). Anyway, it took about an hour from beginning to end and the person I worked with even sent me an itemized receipt for my insurance! He went out of his way to do that for me and I really appreciated that. Decently priced, as well! I highly recommend this place and the only thing I would suggest to the owner is to remove the plug in fragrances. It is super strong and I know there are many people like me where artificial scents like that can cause headaches. So, that's just a little suggestion of mine but overall, great service and I am a happy customer 😊
