Starvin Marvin's A/C Heating

I called Mr Marvin about replacing duct work under a rental house. He quoted me $2500 then said it would be $400 on top of that. A couple of days later he called me saying he fixed the duct work and saved me about $1,200. I guess he wasn't expecting anyone to go under the house to check out what he had done. Or in this case, what he had not done. It is a total rigged up job. I called him back to tell him the air is still not blowing in the house and that the duct isn't fixed. The ac is blowing through the torn up duct to the bottom of the house. Marvin said it was fixed when he left the house and accused the tenant of causing damage to the work he was suppose to have done. I might not know much about heat and air but I know it takes more than 6 feet of duct and duct tape to replace duct work on a 4 bedroom house. I would not recommend him or trust him.

Never use this service. On 6/15/17, I placed a service call because my outside air conditioning unit was not cooling the inside of the house. Mr. Marvin came to my home, added coolant, replaced the valve core and said he cannot guarantee anything! I paid $224.21. On 6/16/17, one day later, I called to report the unit was not cooling. On 6/17/17, Mr. Marvin came to my home and cursed me out! He used vulgar, threatening language and now tells me the compressor is not working at all. He accused me of blaming him for breaking the unit. He used the "f" word several times, while calling me a liar, as I tried to talk. He threatened me, when I told him I would contact an attorney. He said I could call my lawyer or doctor, he did not give a "f". I am a female and we entered into a near physical altercation. I asked him to leave my property. He was yelling and cursing from the back yard to the front yard, and all the neighbors heard him. It was very unprofessional. I am now out of $224.21 and the entire unit is broken. I do not recommend Starvin Marvin's A/C/ Heating.
