S&S is PHENOMENAL !! I needed to close on selling my home, we had a sink hole/foundation sinking issue and S&S was out to inspect, write up a report, and called me to let me know what was going on! They were thorough and professional and TIMELY!!! They had an invoice in my inbox within a few hours and were able to do an escrow payment for the closing. Quick, effective, and competitively priced. I purchased a new (to me) home, and after just one heavy rainfall, I quickly discovered that my basement had flooding issues. S&S Waterproofing responded immediately and provided a detailed quote in under 24 hours. By comparison, other companies didn’t respond for days, and their quotes arrived 48–72 hours after the walk-through. Out of three estimates, theirs was the most affordable and they were very knowledgeable. Their composure made me feel at ease that the situation was not as bad as I initially thought. The crew was courteous, efficient, and clearly skilled at what they do. While I can’t seem to find photos of the initial chaos, I’m sharing a picture of the installed system as my drywall repairs are underway. I wouldn’t hesitate to call S&S again in the future. We bought a house with a basement & within first few months it flooded and first 6 months the water damage was severe needing basement waterproof. We would have a flooded basement anytime it rained. We research multiple companies and receive multiple quotes, but S&S Waterproofing had a competitive price, and the owner came out himself and assess the problem. In addition, what stood out was other companies said we needed to cut through our bathroom basement to completely keep the water out which took us awhile to decide because we would’ve had to redo our finish bathroom, but S&S Waterproofing explained how they will slope the digging of the perimeter and drains. S&S Waterproof installed drains in the perimeter of the basement, sump pump in the basement and an outside sump pump as fast as three days in April. They were on time and early every morning. They left the basement cleaned every day. The best news is that it has not been any water in our home since S&S Waterproofing has installed the waterproofing system. Thank you S&S Waterproofing!

This is the second time that I have used S&S Waterproofing and Foundation Repair. The first time was to fix very large sink holes that were opening up in my front yard, apparently due to underground collapsed drainage piping. This time, when I contacted Steve I asked if they did retaining walls. Steve came to look at the job. I immediately expressed my concern with my limited budget, which Steve completely understood. He offered several options on how to complete the job within my budgetary constraints. We hired S&S Waterpoofing and Foundation Repair to do the job. During each phase of the job, Steve sent me photos of the job progression. He answered any questions that I had almost immediately via text message. Most importantly, he also made sure that my wife was onboard with anything that they were doing. Apparently he knows who controls the money and who the boss is! LOL! Additionally, during the job Steve identified issues with a previous contractors work and addressed those for me as well. Steve is very concerned with customer satisfaction, that is incredibly important to me and my wife! The end result was a beautiful retaining wall. The only thing better than the beauty of the wall is how well it works, drainage is completely handled with ease, even during bad rainstorms! When visitors come to the house, they all ask who built the new wall because it looks incredible! Thank you to Steve and his crew for doing such an amazing job! I am sure this is not the end of our relationship, I will be calling Steve for any of my construction needs in the future! Finally, I just wanted to say, I am the type of person that has anxiety with these types of situations, due to the cost issue, my personal lack of knowledge, and an inability to be able to see the end result before it's accomplished. It is incredible to have confidence in someone doing the work. Someone that keeps me updated, keeps within my budget, makes customer service a top priority. Steve, I can't say thank you enough!
