Austin was great. Arrived on time which is a huge plus in my book. I'm busy and don't like to be kept waiting. very professional, listed to what I had to say and got to work. Pipes had some serios root blockage from the trees in the yard. He got them cleaned out and provided before and after videos which were also nice to see. He answered all my questions and conducted himself in a professional manner. Much appreciated

I had a scheduled appointment with Prodrain that I needed moved to a later time and the customer service rep, Jay, was amazingly accommodating considering how backed up they were after this storm that just rolled through town. He could have given me a hard time and not gone the extra mile to move things around for the day, but he did everything in his power to try and make it work out. Whoever hires and trains your customer service team needs a day holiday bonus. Everyone is always super professional from service techs, customer support team, and Accounts Payable. Friendly and supportive of their customers!

These guys rock. I had Jordan out last year to remove a big root ball from one of my storm drains, and today I had Kyle out to sort out a clog in another one caused by a plumber last week. Both were professional, timely, and great at explaining the issues. The pricing is also much more reasonable than other local and corporate drain companies like Roto Rooter who want to charge $900 for a jet. Highly recommend Pro Drain.

Dan from Pro Drain & Rooter service came out for a clogged kitchen sink and I know I'll use them again in the future. The pricing was transparent and reasonable, referenced both over the phone and available on the website. Extra bonus that he admin I spoke with (apologies for not remembering her name) was kind and was able to quickly get a tech out the next morning. My plumber, Dan, was prompt, polite, and efficient. He listened as I explained the troubleshooting I'd already done so he could focus on the core of the problem and talked me through my plumbing structure (because I'm just a curious person).
