Nivardo and his team are great! They replaced my front walkway last year and I brought them back to complete my back deck last month. Very reliable. They listened to my needs and offered exactly what I asked for, making sure all details were thought out. The cost of the project was competitive too. They also go above and beyond… they were caulking an area and saw other things on my home that needed caulking (not related to the job I was paying them for) and they just took care of it. We hired ALFA to build our custom designed ADU, and they were excellent in every way. They framed a very difficult design, using their deep experience and skill to make needed changes in the field, from the foundation to finishing work, they were impeccable. I cannot begin to express how strongly we recommend ALFA for any project. They are worth their weight in gold. Managing the build ourselves, for the first time, ALFA also advised us on the many trade specialists who worked on the build. Each and every one of those recommended by ALFA were splendid. We met Nivardo, by chance, in a restaurant. We heard him on the phone talking with one of his subs about a project he has doing, and the timing couldn’t have been better. You see, our house had been demo’d and our contractor had walked out on the job leaving us without a big chunk of money and a huge, unsafe mess. Nivardo came to our home the next day, and the rest is history. He rescued us from our nightmare and made our home beautiful! Our only regret is that we hadn’t met him first! He transformed our kitchen and master bath. Plus…he upgraded our electrical panel, gas line in the kitchen, retextured our ceilings, changed the molding around our doorframes and windows, and put hardwood floors throughout our lower level. We are so happy with the outcome and couldn’t be more grateful to Nivardo and his team. We wholeheartedly endorse him for any project you may need to have done.
