Great experience here. I am installing my own sprinkler system and Paul has been incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. Sometimes you may have to wait because they are giving A+ service to someone else, but it’s definitely worth the wait. These guys know what they are doing and are super friendly.
These guys are great! They have a huge inventory and are super helpful if you have questions. I have been using them as a sprinkler contractor since this store first opened and they have always taken care of us.
Such a great experience here. I needed to find an inexpensive solution for watering some trees and Luke was incredibly helpful. He took his time to explain a drip line system, talked through options and helped me keep costs down. He didn't make me feel stupid for asking so many questions and didn't hesitate when I asked him to repeat himself. I wish customer service and people would be this nice everywhere in Park City. Highly recommend.
Park City finally has a real sprinkler store! Well-stocked and helpful staff. A special shout out to Paul, the Asst Manager -- extremely knowledgeable, spent a lot of time helping me buy the right parts (which, as I turns out, were not at all what I thought I needed). Outstanding service and saved me a huge amount of time. Thanks, Paul!
