Picked up a nail in a tire while in Park City and stopped in at Burt Brothers (Cox location). They got me in quickly, inspected the tire, and confirmed it was safely repairable. The tech performed a proper internal plug‑patch in the tread, explained what they were doing, and had me back on the road fast. Outstanding, honest service—I’ll be back here for future tire work and maintenance.

I had a slow leak in a tire and needed to fix it and these guys found the loose valve core in the tire valve stem and fixed it for free and got me back on the road in like 10 minutes. What a team and so great to have honest quick help like this! I will be back! Thank you, Burt Brothers Forestdale!

I had already gone to three businesses which they said they didn’t have time to help me. Thank God because Burt Brothers was my Hero!!!!! I am a women and recently divorced. Working on my vehicle is not something I’m good at on the way home I noticed My truck acting funny like it almost felt like it was grinding. I didn’t want to travel all the way home because I still had 75 miles till I got there. I also had a tail light out, but hadn’t had time to Figure out how to change it. Most times when I go somewhere and I’m a girl, you know they pretty much take advantage of you. BUT LADIES IF YOU WANT TO GO SOMEWHERE HONEST AND KNOW YOU CAN RELY O... I have never been so amazed to see that there are people who care about your safety. Well Erica the Manager and Timo you were my hero’s!!!!! Not only did they get my truck fixed the also fix my truck but also fixed three lights that’s was out. They made sure I was 100% ready. They did charge me a fortune and their customer service is the best I have ever seen!!!!! Give these people a raise because they have won my business for the rest of my life and I will tell everyone how AMAZING THIS PLACE IS!!!! Holly
