Took my Subaru Outback to Springfield ATR, with transmission issues. I was impressed with their transparency and knowledge. I was given multiple options from a complete rebuild to a potential fix at 1/4th the cost. The car runs like a top now. Couldn't be happier.
Nice people, but they didn't perform the services I expected them to be able to acomplish. Told them I'd have to do it myself because price was too high when I got the jeep home they kept removed parts. And when I returned to pick them up they lost some of the parts. They happily purchased new replacements. All in all the price was reasonable for the time spent investigating a serious problem.
Friendly phone people. Reasonable prices and exceptional service. 2 generations of our family have used them. Just a wonderful business. As far as other comments, a fair price is a fair price.... You get what you pay for. Anything less expensive than this shop would be shoddy horrible work. Anything more expensive would be a dealer. And giving fair prices to everyone instead of just a select few makes them a blessing. Y'all have a wonderful day.
My husband and I took our vehicle to this shop since we were told great place and same values as we have. We took our vehicle once with no known answers, no problem no one could find the issue either. The issue happened again, except this time they found the answer. We were excited to finally have answers and have out vehicle back in shape. However, we were never given a call on price or consent to work on the vehicle. We waited 2 or 3 days my husband called to find out the vehicle was done. (No call on that either). The only response, we didn't know which number to call. They have both mine and my husband's number, at least call one! Best part of the story is the price, no one thought to call us on something that was over $800. We will NEVER take our vehicles back there again. For everyone that has had a good experience, good for you! If you're new to the place, hope your experience is better than mine, but I just wanted to warn! We're thankful that our vehicle is fixed, but at what cost? When you feel unvalued as a customer and feel that you were possible ripped off.
