I had such a great experience with E&C ProCraft Plumbing that I had to leave a review. They were super quick to respond when I called about a leak, and someone was out to my house the very next morning. The plumber was friendly, professional, and really took the time to explain what was going on and what needed to be done. What really stood out to me was how honest and upfront they were—no pressure, no surprises, just solid work at a fair price. E&C ProCraft was awesome! We had a water heater burst on our 2yr old home while out of town, and he was able to stop a disaster from happening and get it replaced for us as soon as the supply warehouse opened up! He was also able to identify why it most likely burst; due to lack of attention by the builder(like everything else with this house.) We will definitely use Brad again, and I recommend you call him as well if you have any issues. He had all state of the art tools which made it look easy for him.

I recently had an extremely positive experience with E&C Procraft Plumbing. My hot water heater quit working and began to leak water all over the floor. What made it worse is that the water heater is in my house, not in the garage. I contacted E&C ProCraft Plumbing and on very short notice they came to my house, around 5 pm and stayed until after 10 pm, well outside their normal working hours and installed a new unit.
