Great service. Super kind and very efficient and knowledgeable. He arrived on time and messaged me since my phone calls weren’t working to let me know he was coming. He explained what was happening and why. Super friendly and professional!
James was great. He maintained open communication to keep me informed of each arrival time. James did a thorough job of making sure the part was installed correctly. In addition, the office staff kept me up to date for the part ordered. When it arrived, an appointment for installation was quickly scheduled.
Bailey and JT were great to work with. Bailey communicated very well about my appointments. JT was very knowledgeable regarding my LG washing machine that started leaking water. All fixed now! Would definitely use them in the future.
