Phillip made 2 visits to our house to evaluate our old dishwasher, and install a new one. Both times he was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He went the extra mile in all respects and he'd be our first call if we need his expertise in the future.
Very fair, quick service. They even came on Saturday because my wife and I were leaving town that day. My wife use to sell these guys parts when she worked at reliable parts. So thank you Ronda f I r recommending them. Good people and I appreciate that. Will absolutely use again.
Not only did they send someone out on the very day I called but the technician was extremely knowledgeable. We had paid another appliance company to come out and they gave us a completely wrong diagnosis. Ivan took care of it right away. He took the time to speak with the manufacturer and get our refrigerator working like new. I would definitely recommend this company. The office staff is as very kind and professional as well.
My washing machine stopped draining two nights ago, just stopped full of water. I am a fulltime single dad and I work full time so I just have not had time to deal with the issue. I contacted a couple repair service on FB marketplace but they were scams it seems. I got off early from work today to deal with my Dad locking his keys in his car and to try and fix or figure out the washer issue. As I was getting a glass of water I saw a appliance repair man parked directly out my kitchen window just sitting there making a call. So I step out and ask his opinion on what the issue might be. Guy was super friendly introduced himself as Ivan , and then He kinda confirmed what I assumed it might be but said give him 20 minutes and he would be right back. Less then 20 minutes later he was back looked at my washer. Then with in like a minute after taking the back off BAM he fixed the issue and didn't charge me a dime. Ivan is a champ folks great guy professional and super nice. 10 stars 5 thumbs up customer for life.
My refrigerator died completely. I called them and they gave fast response. Appreciate the service! They came fast and replaced compressor for great price. I would definitely recommend.
