Great professional service. Easy availability and online scheduling, confirmed appointment over phone, technician called 20 mins before arrival, carried the right part and fixed the broken Wolf Microwave hinge, getting it back up and running. Luckily, the unit was still covered under warranty, so we didn’t have to pay out of pocket. While working, the technician accidentally left some grease marks on our dining room carpet. He was upfront about it and offered to get it dry cleaned if we couldn’t remove the stain. Really appreciate the upfront honesty and professionalism.

Appliance hospital fixed our washing machine as fast as they could. The people on the phone were kind and professional and Jason the mechanic was fast and professional! However, I must advise you who reads this to NEVER buy a Whirlpool appliance! It broke after 22 months! That is what Appliance Hospital had to come and fix for us. I called Whirlpool and they told us we would have it fixed by a Friday but we could not get anyone until the following Tuesday. Then when I asked them for a small reimbursement for the 2 weeks of laundry costs we incurred due to their low quality product, they refused. Whirlpool used to have high quality products and they stood by what they made and their customers. Now, they are all about the profits. I guess you do not become worth $19 billion by doing ethical business. Sad. My family always had whirlpool products growing up! Never again will I purchase a whirlpool product. They own Maytag as well so I will steer clear of that as well.
