I guess when you go to a Speedco, you need to find out when “garbage time” is? I received my authorization that my work order had been put through at about 6am, then the apparently all 3 shop guys shut the shop down completely to take out the trash? Doors locked and everything… sat for over an hour for this!

It was a waste of time waiting. They deliberately lied about the estimated waiting time, saying it would only be 30 minutes, but in reality it was over 3 hours.
