Unbelievably over and above expectations. Around 2:30 pm on 12/11/25 we had a problem with a tire on a utility trailer while driving on I-20 Billy Hayes came to our location and determined that studs and lug nuts needed to be replaced He made multiple trips and phone calls to locate what we needed. After all that unfortunately our spare did not fit and we needed a new wheel. He searched tirelessly until he found what we needed, made the trip to pick it up and returned to install the wheel; all the while checking in to update us on the situation and checking to see that we were okay. We are grateful for his service and thankful to know this kind of professional, committed, compassionate service still exists. We highly recommend Joe’s towing and auto in Vicksburg.

We were traveling through Mississippi on our way to the Florida keys, with our travel trailer. Our trailer tire sheared off the lugs and left us stranded on the side of highway 20. Down to one lane with just enough room on the start of the exit ramp to not block traffic. Called around and Joe’s was the only one to answer. He asked for details, and photos because we were too large to load on a truck. Joe arrived very quickly with a wheel hub taken off an existing trailer he had. Joe replaced the hub, put on the spare and followed us to the love’s travel stop. My spare was sun damaged. Joe’s drove me to tractor supply so I could get a new one, he also put that on for us as well. all of this at 8pm. Joe’s went way above and beyond what you expect from a tow company. Our safety was his number one concern, and showed it by his actions. I would not hesitate to recommend Joe’s to anyone needing towing services. Price are more than fair. We were traveling to start our new jobs, and without him, I am not sure we would have made it in time. He and his son run a class act. Thank you again.
