Run don’t walk, and ask for Destiny!!!! Kind, sweet, respectful & very understanding. I went when the doors open at 9 and was out of there by 10. Destiny explained everything to me in ways I could understand one of the best tire representatives I’ve ever came in contact with especially because I’m a woman! You want regret ask for Destiny she will get you everything you need.
I have to say......As a whole, RNR TIRES EXPRESS has phenomenal Customer Service. Thanks to Quin Jones for making the process seamless easy. Lori, Cody, and Adam were so hands on. I asked for the shirt off of Jacobs back and he gladly obliged. The Techs are also very professional. Sweet!
Destiny (my account manager) and Lori were absolutely amazing! They took the time to clearly break down everything I was getting and made sure I didn’t need anything else before moving forward.
