I couldn't be more pleased with the service and the work Spectrum recently provided for my home. I called Chris out for an estimate on a small repair, and as we talked, he calmly pointed out a few - well, more than a few - areas of need on my roof. I never felt pressured but I quickly realized my 20 year-old Katrina roof needed replacement. The work was scheduled swiftly, and his crew worked hard, diligently and safely, never balking once at nor taking chances with the severe pitch of my roof. When we ran into a few mishaps (not their error but because of the age of the house), Chris directed his foreman on repairs, and the repairs are well done. They also added/upgraded drip edge flashing to my garage roof to protect the fascia and prevent further rotten wood. It was an extra I wasn't expecting but appreciate. My yard looked a bit like a war zone while they worked, but before they left, everything was picked up, thrown away, and cleaned. Chris came to do a final cleaning inspection "just to be sure." I plucked this company name out of a magazine, and sometimes, I just get dumb luck. If you've read this far, you get more than dumb luck: you get a sincere review from a satisfied customer.
